Most of the people I work with are the ones others lean on. Business, money, team, family and whatever you call your inner life are all busy at the same time.

On the outside it looks like you are managing. On the inside it feels more layered than you can explain in a quick answer.

My work is to sit with the whole picture, strip out the noise and stay with you while you decide what actually needs to move.
