Be Light Solutions exists to give founders, business owners and leaders a clear space to think when many things are true at the same time.

My background is in finance and investments, and I hold a certification in Visionary Leadership under Oleg Konovalov. I sit at the point where decisions about work, money and people meet the inner lives of the people making them. I also serve in trustee roles with organisations, including a United Nations Global Compact partner.

This has shaped a way of working that is practical and personal. I care about what works in the business and what it costs you as a person, now and in the years ahead.

I am not quite a coach, consultant or therapist. I sit somewhere in between and alongside. My role is to give you a clear space to think, say what is actually going on, and make decisions you can live with.
